Honoring God’s Faithfulness Through the Years
At its founding on June 7, 1987, University Haitian Baptist Church (UHBC) was led by its late founding pastor, Rev. Dieuseul Anéfis. Through his dedication and vision, the church began its journey of faith, laying down the foundation of a Christ-centered community devoted to worship, teaching, and service.
Following his tenure, leadership was carried on by Pastor Charles Manité, who faithfully shepherded the church and built upon the work already established. Under his care, the congregation continued to grow in spiritual maturity and strengthen its witness in the community. His ministry left a lasting impact on both the church and those who served alongside him.
After his passing, God once again provided guidance for UHBC by raising up Pastor François. In April 2018, he was entrusted with the role of Lead Pastor. Since then, Pastor François has carried forward the mission of the church with renewed passion, emphasizing discipleship, unity, and a deeper commitment to living out the gospel in everyday life..
